How to get rid of exposure lock

Hey guys.its seems that this time I happened to accidentally lock my mavics auto exposure setting how do I unlock it?

just tap the little "padlock" icon in the top right of your screen when you are hooked up to your mavic

Tried and for some odd reason it doesn't work the padlock icon still remains locked. Anymore insight into my problem? [emoji29]

you can always uninstall and reinstall the app, just make sure you remember or write down your custom setting if any.
