The "warranty" only covers factory defects, the "refresh" covers crashes. If the crash was caused by a defect you may have a chance of getting it warranted, if it was caused by pilot error then no.
You said it was your error, so the warranty wouldn't apply. @Randy is correct when he said that if you have DJI Refresh insurance you can make a claim and they will fix it.
