Linking to different device

I current have the DJI controller for my Zoom linked to an iPhone XR. I want to link to an iPad mini and discontinue using the iPhone.

I cannot figure out how to unlink from the iPhone in order to link to the iPad. I will appreciate any pointers.

There's no need to link/unlink the remote controller when connecting it to a different mobile device. Just plug it into the new mobile device and start up DJI GO 4 like you normally do.

Maybe I should rephrase the question. How do I get the iPad to connect and be recognized via DJI Go 4 by the controller?

Which iPad Mini are you trying to use?

The new iPad mini Witt LTE. I got the Mini connected when I use the mini-USB connector. I had tried using the USB to lightning connector but it didn’t and doesn’t make the connection. I saw an YouTube video showing the same issue.

Has anyone else had a problem connecting with the USB connection?

Maybe the USB port on the controller is bad.
