I just purchased landing gear for both my mini three pro and mini two drones and before I try them out, I was wondering what experiences others have had with it. Does it negatively affect the way the birds fly?

Thanks

I use a little landing gear thing occasionally when it's snowy and I can't put out a landing pad although now I am just as apt to land on my truck's hood. I have never noticed any difference although there has to be some theoretical (and actual) drag so speed and distance have to be impacted at least a little bit. It's not enough for me to notice is so I don't think it's any concern.

It'll likely depend on the brand being used, but it doesn't usually cause issues. The most common thing I've seen with accessories installed beneath the aircraft in general is interference with the downward sensors.

I carry landing gear for both the Air2s and mini 3p in my backpack but must admit using a landing pad works best ,It lives in my car .pad was glued to carpet square IMG_20221123_103820348_HDR.jpg
