Mavic 3 Cine glitches

Has anyone else experienced glitches in the new MAVIC 3 controller? The touch screen is not responding to well-placed and purposely placed touches. I purchased the MAVIC 3 Cine only to find out that a lot of the features will not be available until sometime in January 2022.m Anyone else having issues?

DJI Released the firmware update for the Mavic 3 yesterday. I downloaded it last night and going to put it through it's paces today.

Not sure I am understanding the firmware update for the Mavic 3 Cine - I downloaded the firmware update last night, it shows up as Aircraft firmware - 01.00.0400 Flysafe Database 01.00.01.25. Russ from Drone 51 says the firmware update is 01.00.03.20. Am I missing something?
