Mini 3 Mini 3 Pro Sport Mode Range Test - How Far Can It Go AND Will It Make It Back ALIVE?

Is this yet another "test" flown in blatant violation of common sense and regulations and promoted with dramatic "will it make it?" faux drama?
Name one regulation that was violated. This is in Canada. This is complying with the regulations for micro drones, which is a classification in Canada, which has no restrictions that were violated.

Common sense is not a real thing.

Well, if you're paying attention you learn something new every day. Thanks for providing that flyer. Here's the link on the Transport Canada website if anyone needs it.

No problem. For sub 250g drones in Canada, there is only one rule - 900.06
(Pilots of sub-250 gram drones)… must adhere to CAR (Canadian Aviation Regulations) 900.06 and ensure they do not operate their RPA in such a reckless or negligent manner as to endanger or be likely to endanger aviation safety or the safety of any person. The list of 'should' scenarios is basically a “rule of thumb”. Part 107 is not needed in Canada either. One can be paid for commercial use with their drone without that certification.
