You might of heard my woes. I’m on my 3rd CS having the dreaded Backlight fails.
My replacement CS is only about 60 serial numbers higher than my last one.
Now it’s arrived with the old 4.1.15 firmware and is asking me to date.
Should I stay or should I Go ( lol..The Clash 1982 ) ?
I would miss out on Panorama for my Mavic. I like this feature.
The notes to 4.1.18 says helps with overheating.
My last unit fried twice on 4.18 but would it have still have failed as well on 4.15 anyway.?
Iannes from this forum is thinking the heating problem from the cashe.
He tested his yesterday with the cashe turned off.
He said the fan still came on the unit but it seemed much cooler.
It’s not the end of the world if I update and it fails again more an pain packing it up and sending it back again.
Please let me know what you think.
