How do I sign on to this forum. The question most probably reveals that I am technically incompetent. I also do not seem to be able to see the pictureswhich appear as blank icons?

You have done! Once you log in, you will be able to view pictures and videos other members have posted.

Thanks for being so quick off the mark. But I still don't seem to be able to see the pictures.

ps I suspect I am the oldest, technically most incompetent, geek on this forum!!!!
