No quick shots available?

Hey guys, I received my magic air today. And when I went to check out the quick shots they literally did not exist on my menu. Has anybody else experienced this before? I’m going to try reloading DJ I go 4 and checking for a firmware update. Just thought I would see if anybody had this experience.

Look in the "General Settings" --> "About" section of DJI GO (while your Mavic is connected to DJI GO).

Thanks, can't connect to the Mavic as it's bricked. Sending it back to DJI and just trying to determine if I need to send the controller as well. I'll call their help desk when they open in 30 mins. Just trying to get all the details worked out and get the MA on a truck/plan to the service center so I can get it back.
