A friend forwarded me a link in a local newspaper (Baltimore Sun) about drone use in real estate. Although not a surprise to most of us, it seems to be catching on as the new thing. A year ago I took my Pt107 certification just to allow my wife the option of aerial photographs as a part of her real estate sales strategy. Recently she sold a house in 2 days after being listed. The buyers (who lived out of state) mentioned that the aerial photographs really provided the information they sought when researching the property. Maybe we’ll start seeing more positive articles regarding the use of drones.
