Question about cancelling my pre-order

    I emailed online sales at the beginning of this week to cancel my preorder.
    I have sent two emails and have yet to receive a reply.
    Is this normal for DJI?

    I've emailed sales and tweeted global and the head of communications..... nothing. Sadly they have what appears to be a great product but have little regard for customers! I've a feeling they think they can just ignore the emails and the problem will go away. I saw a mavic for sale on eBay (U.K.) last week. It was purchased on day of release and delivered start of Nov. Another mavic appeared on eBay today. Ordered day after release and due for delivery on 9th Nov. On that basis I very much doubt my order (16th Oct) will arrive before next year regardless of their latest non-commital comms! I'll be speaking to my credit card company next to see if they can help get my money back.

    Go to the online chat through the DJI Go App... they'll cancel the order for you right away & process your refund

    Thanks DesJardins, I went to chat as you suggested and it was cancelled immediately (5-7 days for the refund to be made).
