Several MM pilots on Youtube had max power reached issues/warnings and sudden uncontrollable descents. They seemed to correct most of these issues by taking off the factory-shipped props, replacing them with the extra shipped props, and updating firmware via DJI Assistant 2. Someone mentioned the original props warp or can twist during shipment thus affecting flight performance. Also, not all MM firmware updates acted the same updating thru the app.
Has anyone experienced this here? Thoughts?

The non commanded decent, yes, one time. The prop issues are still ongoing. Of all the DJI pieces that I have, this one is not on the top of the list.

There are numerous threads here on the problem, and on the question of whether it is entirely due to deformed props.

So far so good, haven't had any with the factory installed props and I didn't update with the latest firmware. Watched a couple videos on the firmware update, quite a few were having issues with it. A couple of YouTubers said if the update doesn't pertain to anything that you do, don't bother with the update and headaches.

If it would happen caused by bended props the issue would be reproducible. But usually it is a one time issue. I experienced it just once and didn't change anything meanwhile.
