By the way I reckon it sucks that DJI charges any fee on top of the Care Refresh cost? What justifies that?

No, they did not change it. Simply Care Refresh cost you some fee and then for 2 years you are eligible for 3 exchanges each cost some money and in case of fly away costs you more

Oh well, at least they didn't say it was 'pilot error' as they have done to other users. Having recorded those 2 other occasions of troubles helped your case enormously.

nooo, of course, they said it was My fault - lack of GPS sat's was because of me - this is to skip the warranty And than Care refresh is paid
