Came out looking great!
I do a ton of panoramas as well and water is tough for stitching, the ripples really make it impossible to produce a perfectly clean image. The top image you can see 2 areas of stitching, the bottom has 1 in the bottom middle.
Easy fix though, if you have lightroom you probably have Photoshop. Use the lasso and make a circle around the stiched area, right click on the selection, click fill, ensure it's set to content-aware, and click ok, the stiching goes away and you have a near perfect blend.
Also worth noting that MS ICE is free and sometimes does a better job than lightroom at stitching, just save it as a tiff / dng and you wont lose any data when you put it in lightroom to edit.
