Hi folks,

I've had a search through the forum and come to the conclusion the drone will be covered by my house insurance. I've checked this with the vender (M&S) and confirmed it.
Regards Public Liability insurance, going with the BMFA seems to be the best option with £25m cover for £33 per year.

Before I hit the button on that does it sound ok ? New to the drone world so wanted to make sure.

Flying wise its just for fun at the moment with the main objective being photography. Possibly look into the commercial side of things in the future but appreciate everything changes with that.

Just looking for a sanity check for now
Cheers
Dave

I joined the BMFA - the liability insurance payout is higher, but mainly because I've been flying planes for a while, so they are what I knew a good few years ago.

I think FPVUK is fine!

Hi, I have just started flying again and like HSK I had been flying planes for a number of years, so joined the BMFA again.
