Uploading the 2.7k footage to YouTube but YT is only showing 1080p on my 4K tv.

I have Uploaded before on my phone from a phone video footage and displays 2160p

Confused

Depends on just how long your video is I guess.
Not that long.

for a movie of 13 min it takes about 25 min for me

if you see it on youtube on your pc, is it also only 1080? or 1440

The Fly App editor only edits 1080p from what I remember. Anything more needs to be done on a pc.

It was done from memory card to phone then to YouTube but will try from PC

Be sure you didn't inadvertently upload the cache video to YT, which is 720p.

Direct from memory card to iPhone to YouTube. It’s shows 1080p .

When I do a video on iPhone in 4K then upload to YouTube it shows 4K.

Same here. 2.7K footage from drone to PC and uploaded to Youtube, and after processing it was just 1080p.

Tried to re-encode the file and followed Youtube video format guidelines recommended by Google: 2K (Exact 16:9), Progressive, 30fps, downgraded bitrate to 16Mbps... Etc... In the end, YouTube just processed a bit longer and gave a max 1080p video.

Edit:
Weird... for a few days now YouTube said it isn't doing any "processing" but now, a week after the upload, it finally gave me the 1440p (2K) option. Odd...
