Video after transferring

I have put several videos on my laptop from my M2P, but after the transfer from the SD Card, the video seems a little choppy, not playing as smooth as it did when I watched it on my phone. Has anyone had issues like this, or can give me some insight?

Mine was choppy in Irfanview but played just fine in windows media player

I am using Media Player, same issue.

Never had that issue. Have you had trouble with other 4K video playback on your laptop?
