No that is not it. I know that transition. This one is completely different unless I am missing something.

edit: are you saying that the video is a basis for the transition used, but with different settings?

No I don't think it is that exactly. It's closer, but not the one I am looking for. If I understood premiere better I could probably replicate it, but I only just started 2 months ago
