  Hey Bud, hope everything is good with you. I was sent to you to see if you may help with finding my flight records. I was able to finally get to them and
  place them in a folder on my desk top. When I open a particular date all I get is this scrambled code. How do we change this to read it in english?

  Hello from France.
  My 4 month old mavic crash after update! I read many problem like this on internet.
  Unfortunetely i cannot claim for warranty because i bought it when i was in another country but i would like to understand why it crash exactly
