Was it wrapped in clear cellophane? Because if not, it was not purchased new it was used. Your Drone Ownership begins The second you take the clear cellophane off the box. If it was purchased in the unwrapped condition They should refund you. -

How could it be bound to another account if you purchased it brand new and registered it with your DJI account? Or is there more to the story? That's not possible.
