I spoke with my insurance company (USAA) about liability. It's unclear exactly what's going to happen if someone gets hurt by my Mavic. Depends on the incident, where it happened, police reports, etc. Hard to pin this one down to one answer.

Suggest adding "RTG" (Relative To Ground) to the acronym list. Found in posts referring to waypoint altitude setting.

Just a point in passing (no criticism intended) but I noticed your Mavic Manual link points to a document dated 2017.04 whereas the latest document (also v.6 !!) is dated 2017.06 (https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/mavic/20170710/Mavic+Pro+User+Manual+V1.6.pdf)
As they are the same version number, I wondered what the difference is?

I got the coordinates from Litchi and it seemed very precise. I checked on Google Earth. The coordinates of the Home and landing position were exactly at the dstance shown by Litchi. I was confident I could find, but unsuccesfull.
I tried to download data from RC or from my Iphone, but in DJI Assistant I got the message "failed to transfer".
Any suggestion?

Good morning.
Last Saturday my Mavic landed far about 300 m from the Home. Unfortunately it was in the woods, in a difficult area to walk in: steep slope, harsh. But I got the coordinates and the exact distance from home.
Next day I was with a GPS looking in that area with a precision of few meters, but the quad was not there.
For sure nobody was there before me: such an hard place to reach.

Hi I have joined this forum purely to find the owner of a lost drone
that may have flown into restricted space in Dublin Ireland.
I suspect the drone owner is from the US maybe on holiday from Ireland

I am having problems to log in to mavic forum. I didn't logged out but is showing the message in the app that says that patatalk adding was not imported.

Could you please let me know what to do? It is happening in all my 3 devices.
