Just reread your post and you're using an iPhone. The SE, 6s and 7 only supports up to 2.7K 30fps for import. You'll need an iPad Pro to take in 4K to the camera roll. If you have an older iPhone, you're limited to 1080P.
You cannot take off if it's in DJI marked red zone. You can see this on the web in their zone maps. There is a workaround right now but not sure how long it will last ;)
I use the lightning to microsd adapter from Lexar and it copies to my iPad Pro. The problem is nothing I want will edit it such as Quik. I haven't tried Pinnacle or other. For that reason, I'm shooting 2.7K as it can be edited in the apps I want.
I'm wondering if portrait mode needs to have more stability than landscape -- which makes sense. I did a Hangar 360 which captured ok. It was a bit windy though, but not enough to trigger the high wind warning.
So tried out portrait orientation today and out of coincidence (perhaps), there is a gap. I haven't tried to manually key the images so maybe it's just an Autopano software issue :) Still, the auto detection hasn't failed be until today.
@iMario, I like the cut of your jib. This is good discussion. I think the girl(s) were uncomfortable but hey, I think this might cross the unwritten drone "operators" rule.
Not the same. I have thrown rocks at passing bikes and paid the price. In this case, the drone was encroaching on the personal space. It's up to the pilot to respect the space of others -- common courtesy.
