It will just hide the cracks so you don't know if it needs to be sent in under warranty. It won't stop anything from cracking would be my guess.

This isn't great to hear. I think I've seen at least one other post with the same issue. Like you said it could be any number things that don't include abuse. Given that they likely use this same plastic in all the Mavic drones, it's probably more of a mold design or injection parameter issue...

Does anyone know if you have to pay sales tax in Massachusetts when ordering directly from DJI? I'm trying to figure out the best way to purchase. I was thinking of buying from the apple store online since i get 3% back on purchases from Apple, but I still have pay sales tax of 6.25% in MA
