Ummm, You might have used PayPal platform to pay with debit card but not directly with Debit Card. Dji said there exist only 3 payment methods being; PayPal, Check and Bank Transfer.

Is there any alternate way, other than PayPal, to pay for your DJI care refresh replacement? I don't have a PayPal account and neither want to create one. Any possible help/suggestion is appreciated. TIA.

Clearly doesn't look like a drone malfunction. Moreover, DJI requires the drone, in whatever shape, to decide whether it's a product malfunction or even to use Care Refresh. Did you have the location turned on in app under Privacy section???? It should tell you the last position of your drone...

I think it hit it and crashed later on but I don't know what actually happened. (in the DJI app fly history) It just said that downward sensor not working (maybe it tried to land) and then it crashed right there.
