I the same with my mini. First drone. Opened up and charged it. Started it in the house, then had to wait 4 days for a non windy day. Finally learned about care refresh. I made the video. Posted on YouTube and sent in the info. Now a week later and no response other than the initial reply email...

It has been a week since I submitted my Verification video. No response yet. I just tried to get support with online chat, and it doesn’t seem to be working. Anyone know if DJI has shut down from the virus?

I got mine at the Apple store. Apple offers a 10% discount for any gov employee or family member (my wife is a teacher). I like 90 mins from the Apple store in Delaware (no tax). Fly more package compete. $450 out the door. Ordered on a Monday night. Picked up at store Tuesday

Looks like you lost connection when you went behind that large concrete support. That is when the drone seemed to start dropping
