Is any way to update the batteries firmware directly?

I use them too. They are quite cheap plus I think they do boost the range by 20 to 30% in my case even when I flew in CE mode. I found them useful and are always there in my kit bag.

Mavic air handles better much than mini in strong winds. Switched to FCC mode recently, the results are great. I am currently testing the Max range. I've achieved 3.6 km till I decided it fly it back home. I covered 8678m distance in total 19 min Flight with 11% Battery left. Posting the record...

Yesterday I flew about 3.4 km one way over open fields without any connection lost. Landed back with 14% Battery left with 6947 m total distance covered. That's my top distance so far.

I recently got a brand new mavic air as a replacement from DJI. My 11 month old Drone had some Motor fault. The First thing I did was switched to fcc mode. The flying range improved vastly. I went 2.5 km one way couple times without any connection lost. FCC is highly recommended. 11/10

Honestly i had kinda lost the sight of my drone in those thick clouds. I was trying to get it back asap. It was suppose to be a normal flight but the footage came out decent. I hope you all liked it.

I get around 1800 m to 2000m. Sometimes i use those parabolic range boosters. I think they do help in extending the range a little bit without losing signal.
