I'd imagine you could only get that from the Survey company which mapped out the GCPs. Usually you just export the CSV from the GNSS receiver after job completed. With the prices that are charged for surveying I'm not sure this would be a free commodity.
To get a 1cm GSD you will need to fly at correct height for your drone/camera setup to do that. The Pilot 2 app will tell you the GSD. As Sam36401 said work on minimum of 70% front and side overlap. I don't know if your drone uses a global/mechanical shutter, if not you must keep airspeed...
Havent used in field yet, but if you have a mapper license that means you have a full Capturepro license too. So should work for you, I've only planned a mission so far and will fly it next 2-3 weeks or so. But got it in Pilot 2 if it doesn't work
