I’ve got the same problem, sent it to dronedoctor.co.uk, £110 to repair. I’ve tried to repair one in the past with limited success…

Most importantly, take off so outward flight is into the wind and return is with wind. Otherwise battery left may not be enough to make it back.

Once you’ve downloaded the flight logs you could try powering up the drone and recording another video. I’ve done this when a video hasn’t completed and it’s fixed the problem

I need a remote (RC1A/B) for Mavic 2 Zoom as mine has stopped working. I’m based in SW England but happy to pay postage as well.

I’m using usbc to usb port on the bottom on the controller. Works fine but doesn’t support charging.

Fly backwards helps if that's possible as it reverses the tilt of the drone

I just created an invoice in Word and keep a spreadsheet for monthly costs/income and another for invoices sent and payment received dates.

Frequently hand launch / land. Prefer to do so to keep dirt out of motors. Landing pads are ok, but need a large enough flat area to be placed securely. Also I’m often moving from away from take off area before landing so would need to take landing pad with me as frequently nowhere near take off...

Also any wind at all will be turbulent close to a roof. I’ve noticed this when inspecting my roof / chimney. On one occasion I couldn’t get close enough, I tried a few days later with slightly less wind and the difference was noticeable.
