AeroJ replied to the thread Mavic 4 not available to US !.I suspect that if DJI have decided not to sell it to America it'll be in the firmware that they can't take off in US territory, thereby rendering attempts to get them in from elsewhere somewhat futile, or at least a serious PITA to circumvent.
