It seems like quite the opposite, no? They're preventing people from registering stolen drones. And if the drone isn't stolen, the seller shouldn't have any trouble unlocking it. -
The Amateur Radio HF Bands were almost dead yesterday. I heard a handful of stations and could not contact any of them. The impact was severe on HF. Up there in the higher frequencies of the Drone world. Not so much. Keep on yanking and banking.

There's definitely a high level of solar activity as shown by this Aurora activity app. ... and confirmed by the Aurora I saw a short time ago. But this activity didn't seem to make any difference to GPS reception, satellite acquisition time...
