Just checked mine... In normal video: I have h.264 with no option for h.265. I do have options for 'normal' and 'D-cinelike'. In 'Slo-mo' the camera settings alter, in this mode: there are the options for both h.264 and h.265 in either 'normal'... -

If there is going to be rule that confines drone pilots to 400 ft, there should be another one that confines manned aviation to 500 ft+ wherever...

It didn't appear to be doing a TO or landing. Very frustrating that the camera didn't get it, but...
