What i am saying is that while you are flying in the clouds, you loose the VLOS and you are risking to hit an other aircraft flying in the same cloud (a drone or a manned aircraft - doesnt matter). Of course, you can do whatever you like, but anyone serious will advice you to respect the rules...

The lens profile is included in the RAW file and fir example lightroom applyes it automatically. However, im never happy with the result... So i apply a -8 value barrel distortion correction to all photos shot from M2P (+ the inbuild lens profile)

I have my C1 button assigned to togle ALL sensors (on/off) works 100%. I turn them off in difficult and narrow spaces to fly, or on long range waypoints missions or RTH when every mA of battery life counts

I use lightroom which applyes automaticalky the lens profile embedded in the raw file. If im not happy with the result i add manually some correction. I think - 8 value is OK

apparently Darktable do not applyes lens correction automatically. its a matter of settings... you can set any raw editor to not apply any automatic corrections...

JPG is processed (inside mavic) out of the RAW. By correcting the barrel distortion (deform + crop) you loose that extra FOV. No mistery
