These things are entirely understandable. When I got my first drone - a Phantom - there were few if any rules. Today you can buy a drone and be entirely clueless. I agree that drone sales could possibly come only after passing a TRUST test or some such thing. That would help a LOT.

What does that even mean? "detects daylight"? I've flown my mav3, 3pro and 4pro in all sorts of conditions including super bright conditions with bright snow all around. Never heard of shutting the "thermal off" Is this true? Not as far as I know and i've had a fair bit of experience.

do make flying very low to the ground. DJI advised me just a few feet off the ground. It has helped considerably although not 100%
