Hi yes I am no lights at all !

Hi All, I have a new Mavic Air flown it once yesterday excellent but today I can’t turn on the remote controller. It’s fully charged but nothing no lights at all, except when I plug it into the charger all four lights come on. Can anyone help? Alan
