I had sa similar problem with my Mavic Air losing control right after take off. DJI ignored my request and ignored the facts and flight logs. Most responses on the forums must be from DJI employees. All they do is blame pilot error and ignore the facts. Seems Mavics have intrinsic faults not admitted to by DJI I am very unhappy with them.
