I have declassified mine, and now I can move the slider all the way up to 500m, but since the last update, the drone won't go higher than 120. It says that the maximum altitude for the region or country has been reached.

The battery health is showing 3/4 LEDs, and the charge cycle is 59, so I'm not sure if that's the life expectancy . Unfortunately, that's the only battery I have right now. I've ordered a new one, and waiting for delivery for now..

Interesting update: I can power up the drone using an external power source, also reading the original battery parameters, but it still wouldn't charge...

Well, mine came with the drone, which I bought almost 2 years ago. The condition was showing as good, and the charge cycle was 59. But still, almost 2 years.. So I'm not sure they'll be so willing to help..
