It's unfortunate that residents of the USA can't purchase DJI products but the rest of the world can. There are many of us live out side the USA and we use the web site for information etc. Hopefully the ban will be lifted in the USA soon.

From my dealings with them for just over three weeks I think that they are short of staff and they are training some people. I think that with shut down in the USA they are doing a lot more work with probably not enough staff. The service here in Canada is not as good as it was a few months ago.
