Flying Toronto Islands (south of Billy Bishop)

I will be in Toronto for half a day and would really like to fly my DJI mini 2 (249g), especially around Centre Island at 121m or below. Can anyone please let me know if this would be a problem. I checked on drone zone and see there are some restrictions such as being near to Billy Bishop...
