It’s a granted access agreement stated on a contract between the owner/seller and guy who purchased the land from him- the buyer can access it , but needs to let the seller know who (besides his family) is coming in...

I would fly to it He could complain but you are not breaking the Law In Cali we have had that law for years its mainly for "gawkers", "Harassers", and Paparazzi that like to film people over their fences
