When filming video, ND Filters also allow you to manually set your shutter speed to twice the video frame rate (eg. 25fps would equate to 1/50 sec shutter speed). This is the 180 degree shutter angle rule. Shooting using this 'rule' allows you to achieve more natural motion in your video.

I film my wife surfing her Stand Up Paddle at our local beaches. It was a bit nerve wracking the first few times I did it but no issues to speak of (apart from the odd seagull taking an interest). I always stand on the beach & I keep the drone just above the horizon as it gets difficult to see...
