Go 4 gave me the warning. I attempted to follow the video. First the screen size was not detected and I had to manually set it, then I get a blank screen when calibration is about to start.

Just bought mine today at Harvey and experiencing the same problem. I tried the above, unfortunately that didnt work too. I'll give support a call tomorrow and might just go back to Harvey and get it replaced. Looks like a number of this issue seems to be happening...
