DJI does not seem to sell the gimbal lock for the mavic, any ideas on how I can buy one?
They do have the gimbal cover but not the plastic thing that locks the gimbal in place
I live in Chicago. You cannot fly in Chicago with FPV legally.
You don't dial "a number" unless you intend to fly within 5 miles of an airport/helipad.
Put that registration number in the battery compartment of your Mavic
I concede to your point on portability.
However, every Amazon referral link generates revenue. If you're not the affiliate someone you know/ care for is earning through every sale that goes through your link. That's simply how the affiliate marketing works.
I've worked with maps quite a bit and my company is making the transition to here maps too. The problem lies in legal with apple maps. Apple maps doesn't let you use their maps commercially with pins/data sources that were obtained from sources outside of apple.
What that means is DJI probably...
First off its a very bad idea to try and get money from us community members by inserting links to Amazon with referral codes(ones you get paid for).
Second a case this big defeats the purpose of a mavic. It's all about portability.
