Sim card or no sim card makes no difference. The Asus Z8 is from 2016 and not competitive by current standards. If it has a 32 bit processor (like many tablets from back then), it won't be compatible with DJI Fly - which needs a 64 bit processor... -

AWhenever I’m in normal video mode it darkens like it’s in midnight mode, if I go to slomo then the screen goes back to normal. Any idea how to fix this?

The only advantage I can see with it was the ability to charge a depleted battery to 60%. My 100w charger gives me 3 outputs. Charging block (2 batteries) with one, drone (1 battery) with second and controller with third.
