I'm in the UK so not subject to EU classification (yet!) but my (UK purchased) 3S has the markings etched underneath (great because I visit the EU). There's the C1 (as above) and a dB marking) My (again, UK purchased) Neo has a marking (C0) etched (or moulded)in EU compliant mark too.
