I have just purchased a iPad mini 5 hooked it up to my mavic mini and the picture quality is great all be it only used it indoors, tomorrow I will test fly with it.

Same for me, I lost a drone because the satellites dropped out in flight. When DJI made the batteries level stand out I thought that was a good idea but why didn’t they do the same for the satellite indicator? For me they didn’t think of safety before they rolled out the drones for profitable gain.

Ok so we had a new update to the Mavic Air 2 and mini showing a clearer pic of the time we have left flying but wouldn’t it be great if they put the same clarity to the satellites showing? Any thoughts?

Hi all. I am looking for some advice on buying a iPad mini for my mavic air 2 and mini but not sure which one to buy. I previously tried an old iPad but wouldn’t let me download the DJI Fly app. Which iPad should I get and what version? Thank you in advance.

Just installed the update.. great can’t wait to fly. Love the idea of the 4 time zoom, this will stop flyers having to fly to close I would say that’s a safety update. Thanks DJI love it.

Yes RF signal is what gives you your Range. Interference from built up area’s is what decreases the Range and a loss of gps is total loss of sight when flying at ridiculous distance. A combination of all I would say if you want to fly safe.

Personally I number my batteries and use them equally then recharge for next use. After using a battery leave it to cool down before packing it away. These batteries are expensive. To leave any battery uncharged for to longer period will result in cell damage. I also never leave my batteries in...
