DJI does not currently sell DJI Care Refresh for drones in the US. If you need insurance in the US, you'll have to purchase from an insurance company that covers drones.

Yeah no matter how this shakes out I don't see "confiscation" as a possibility in any reality. Anyone who thinks so should log off, go touch grass and take a deep breath.
