Continuing on from my last post, I am wondering if there is any way to turn off the start up calibration on the gimbal. The other day I was messing with it for about 10 minutes and I got the gimbal to be under my control again but I’m not sure what I did to make this work.

Tried replacing ribbon myself, turned out to be the same issue. Is there any way I can bypass or manually skip the calibration on the drone so I can at least take some photos? I’m on vacation and can’t send in the drone right now, sadly. If not, what are some ways I can makeshift the camera to...

Keep in mind this wasn’t over water and I also had never been told to get a tracker on the drone.

Trust me, if I had known about it before I definitely would have. I didn’t know they would aslso do flyaways

Taking your advice, I’m going to look Thursday as it is the first day i will have the chance to go look. Do you have any other things that I can do to try and help in finding the drone? Otherwise thank you so much for your help.

Given said all of this, do you think DJI will atleast give 30% Discount, maybe even something more? Thank you, but the only problem was it was landing... you probably know more than I do but that was the problem. The battery was low enough to land automatically however with the loss of connection I didn't have the final landing point and or crashing point.
