thanks. I also read somewhere that we need to be careful when using another hot glue after installing the leg. If not used properly those glue may slip through the small hole into the motor. That could be problem if happens mid air.

replacing IMU module is the last resort. I went that route. After changing the IMU the error was gone. Sometime just unplugging and plugging the imu unit may also fix the issue. But since you had issues with gimbal as well, it may be something more than just imu.
