thank you every body for the replies . The controller seems ok now and most of the other problems probably caused by a disagreement between me and the smartass phone .I dont usually use a smart phone as I prefer a phone that phones .will try a test flight tomorrow Doug

Yes I do that and then 4 led come on for about 5 seconds and then turn off ,I have had it working before then it stopped so I charged it up again and it has not worked since
