One point that's important is that every drone that has camera equipment will need to be registered as well. Which means we won't even be able to "benefit" from the light weight of the new Mavic Mini...

I know, but I also never got the hang of using the M2P to its full potential. Maybe I just need to invest some more time in learning how to use my M2P. Ideally, yes, the MM would be a complement, but I need to use the M2P enough first :) Time to go back to some tutorials and outside I guess...

I am actually thinking of buying the Mini, as I don’t use my M2P enough to justify keeping it. It seems to be not quite the “grab ‘n’ go” drone, which the Mini looks more like it is. I know the quality is worse, video/ picture won’t come out as nice as the M2P... The appeal that I don’t have to...

Any one has any update on this? I am going in December, and I am even contemplating buying the Mavic Mini, to stay below the 250gr weight limit. I am going to Rio, Iguaçu (wouldn’t fly around the waterfalls) and Porto Alegre.

Received the package today! Not too bad, considering I ordered on Sat 25 Aug, shipped on Thu 30 Aug and I got it on Mon 3 Sep. I wanted to do get the refresh, but unfortunately the service is not available in Switzerland...

Mine is now out for delivery - let’s see if i can work from home the rest of the day!

Mine did get shipped last night from HK, should arrive today in Zurich and then out for delivery tomorrow. So in my case they do work weekends?

Yeah I have the same thing. I wanted to get the Fly More kit with the coupon and some other stuff, but I guess I’ll have to wait a few months...

It shows it on the tracking page on the top right. I also received a text message on Thursday saying the same thing, as in Switzerland you can ask DHL to keep it for you if you’re on holiday or change the date / time of delivery.

Mine finally left Hong Kong. Delivery date still is Monday, and considering Swiss efficiency - I might have it on Monday!
